We want you to love your Trend Capsule purchase. Since each item is made-to-order, our return policy is a little different, but we try to make things easy, fair, and friendly.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective or Misprinted
- Incorrect order (wrong size, product, or design than ordered)
We've got you covered.
📦 What's not covered
Because every product is custom printed just for your order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Colour or style preference
⏰ Return Window
If there’s a problem, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
💸 Return Cost
For approved issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping is free.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
🔄 Replacements & Refunds
Once we review your photos (and the returned item if requested), we’ll send a free replacement or offer a refund, whichever makes the most sense.
Please allow 10–15 business days for processing after the return is shipped.
📧 How to Start a Return for a Damaged or Incorrect Item
Send us an email at customer.service@trendcapsule.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
We’ll take it from there and make things right as quickly as possible.
